423 DA dated 1994 and is the WFMS; document titles differ by memo; and a FIFTH collision — narrative "Figure (4-x)" references do not match the Section 4 schematic sheets

  1. DOCUMENT TITLES ARE A SECOND INDEX KEY, more OCR-robust than the memo digits (both appear in the header band of every page):
  • Memo WFC 422 DA = "RE: WFC Hydrogen Gas Management System"
  • Memo WFC 423 DA = "RE: Water Fuel Injection System" Use the title as primary fallback when the 422/423 digits are illegible. NOTE: 422 DA has its OWN Section 3 (narrative + equations, pages 3-6 to 3-10 seen). "Section 3" is therefore ambiguous across memos exactly as Figure 4-1 was.
  1. SECTION 4 OF 423 DA IS THE WFMS. Section 4 title page: "Water Fuel Cell / Water Fuel Injection System (R)... The Water Fuel Management (WFMS) System is a digital computer logic control system which systematically activates the Water Fuel Injection System (R)." This is why the whole Figure 4-x band is op-amps, one-shots and drivers, and it corroborates the "computer card" / "computer control circuits" references on Fig 4-28 and 4-31 as literal.

  2. DATE AND PHYSICAL CONFIRMATION. Photo page headed "WFC PROJECT 423 DA", "Copyright (C) 1994 By Stanley A. Meyer", captioned "WATER FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM (R) (Component Placement prior to debugging stage), Dune Buggy: Rear Side View". Callouts: Standard 1600CC I.C. Engine; WATER FUEL INJECTORS (SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENT); Gas Processor; Water Tank; Water Fuel Management (WFMS) System Module; Laser Accelerator Control Module. "SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENT" in Meyer's own caption independently confirms the 14MM 1.25 PITCH thread read off Fig 2-2 (notebook #3372). 423 DA is dated 1994 — twelve years after the 1982 FIG. 20YID sheet.

  3. FIFTH COLLISION MODE (OPEN, NOT RESOLVED). Page 4-2 of 423 DA narrative reads: "Voltage Igniter Stage (180) of Figure (4-5) as to Voltage Intensifier Circuit (110) Figure (4-9) as to Extraction Circuit (120) of Figure (4-10)". But the indexed Section 4 schematic sheets have 4-9 = Digital Gate Inject Crk't and 4-10 = Voltage Level Solenoid Control. Same memo, same section number, different circuits. POSSIBLE TELL: the narrative uses the parenthesised form "Figure (4-9)" — the convention used throughout The Birth of New Technology — while the schematic sheets are titled "FIGURE 4-9" unparenthesised. Parenthesised references may address a different figure set. DO NOT assume either numbering wins until a sheet titled with the narrative's circuits is seen. Also note component-number reuse: (110) = Voltage Intensifier Circuit in this narrative, but (110) = Gas Resonant Cavity on FIG. 20YID (1982).

  4. LINEAGE CANDIDATE UPGRADED (still not proven per the #3370 constraint): "Electron Extraction Circuit (120)" is a NAMED circuit within 423 DA, and is the plausible descendant of the FIG. 20YID Electron Extractor Grid (51) / bias loop. Previously this link was speculative with no 423-side referent; it now has one. A drawing of (120) would close it.

  5. Page 4-2 substance: Energy-Flame density sustained by deflecting ionized gases (46a xxx 46n) of spray port (42) into liquid spray path (41); water mist (47) and ionized air gas (46) directed through non-combustible gas spray path (43) producing uniform water-fuel mixture (48). Energy-flame TEMPERATURE is regulated by the volume flow-rate of each fluid-medium (45/46/47) against applied voltage intensity (33/36) — raise temperature by increasing fluid displacement (46/47) while holding or reducing non-combustible gas (45) and raising voltage amplitude; lower it by increasing (45) or reducing flow while lowering amplitude. Flow and amplitude are adjustable independently. Water droplets (28a xxx 28n) from spray-mist (47) exposed to opposite-polarity fields (33/36) undergo the Electrical Polarization Process (160), causing hydrogen atoms (77a/77b) and oxygen atom (76) to experience electron ejection (230), because the VIC inhibits electron flow into the gas ignition process (180).
