CORRECTION to #3495: Chris Freedom's CH1 trace (2026-10-11) was the CELL voltage, not the gate or drain. Gate/drain hypotheses withdrawn

Chris Freedom, Discord #neuralstan20-testing 2026-10-11. CH1 in the scope photo was on the cell. Both readings in #3495 are withdrawn: no gate half-on, no 63 % duty. RE-READ AS CELL VOLTAGE (CH1 5 V/div, x10, 100 us/div; levels read off the grid, approximate): 10.5 kHz burst; peak 16.4 V, consistent with the 38T:30T secondary (12 V × 30/38 ≈ 9.5 V steady plus the flyback swing), so no intensification yet. The first 3–4 pulses ramp ~10 -> 16 V (step charge). In the gate gap the node holds ~10 V, decaying to ~8 V over ~350 us (tau ≈ 1.3 ms). Inside the burst it falls to ~2.2 V between pulses within <60 us. Water at ~30 µS/cm has a dielectric relaxation time eps/sigma ≈ 0.24 µs, so the bulk geometric C cannot hold charge for ms. The held voltage must sit at the electrode interfaces (C_dl) or behind the diode, OR the probe reference includes the negative choke and secondary. Two different discharge rates at one node point to the latter. OPEN: probe ground location, diode position, x10 switch on the probe. Requested: CH1 on the + tube, CH2 on the − tube, common ground, read the difference.
