  1. THE GAS PROCESSOR / AMBIENT AIR IONIZER USES LASERS (Fig 4-6, assembly 80). Contents: SOLID STATE LASERS (420) mounted on a PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (119), array 118a xxx 118n, firing through OPTICAL LENSES (121) as ABSORBED LASER ENERGY (122), between electrode plate E4 (POSITIVE VOLTAGE ZONE) and plate E3 (NEGATIVE VOLTAGE ZONE (107)), item 410. Ionization shown as LIBERATED ELECTRONS (117a/117b) stripped from NEGATIVE CHARGED ORBITAL ELECTRONS (124) about the POSITIVE CHARGED NUCLEUS (108), yielding IONIZED AMBIENT AIR GASES (46) under "opposite electrical attraction force". CORRECTS Scotchn's transitional brief, which stated the Air Ionizer "relies solely on the unipolar pulsing field to polarize and ionize the air in transit". It uses photon injection from a solid-state laser array IN ADDITION to opposed voltage fields. This strengthens the brief's topology argument (the two stages are more alike, not less).

  2. ALL THREE INPUT STREAMS ARE LASER PRIMED (Fig 4-5, Voltage Triggering, assembly 70). Non-combustible gases (45), ionized gases (46) and water (47) each carry an asterisk footnoted "* LASER PRIMED". They pass through DISTRIBUTION DISC ASS'Y (34) into MIXING CHAMBER (35) to form WATER FUEL (48), then between POSITIVE VOLTAGE FIELD (49) on plate 33 and NEGATIVE VOLTAGE FIELD (51) on plate 36, each fed from B+ / B- THROUGH A RESONANT CHARGING CHOKE COIL. Output thermal explosive energy (16) via port 32.

  3. (44) IS THE EXTRACTION LOAD, NAMED TWICE. Fig 4-7 labels it "ELECTRON ENTRAPMENT (44)", receiving LIBERATED ELECTRONS (7). Fig 4-10 labels it "AMP CONSUMING DEVISE (44)" in series in the drive leg. Same number, same series, same function — confirms notebook #3381 and the 20YID light-bulb lineage.

  4. FIG 4-7 VOLTAGE IGNITER STAGE (90) detail: PHOTON ENERGY INJECTION (41) drives ELECTRON DEFLECTION from LOW to HIGH ENERGY LEVEL in AMBIENT AIR GAS IONS (42); ENERGY DISCHARGE (43); liberated electrons (7) to entrapment (44). GAS RESONANT CAVITY (180) between E7 and E8, RESONANT CHARGING CHOKE in BOTH legs (one grounded), driven by HIGH PULSE VOLTAGE FREQUENCY INPUT (46), containing WATER SPRAY MIST (47), WATER FUEL (43), HIGHLY ENERGIZED COMBUSTIBLE GAS IONS (46), producing THERMAL EXPLOSIVE ENERGY (GTNT) (16).

  5. FIG 4-8 GAS IGNITION STAGE (100): cavity (180) shown in section as an annulus of water fuel (43), ionized air gases (46) and non-combustible gases (45) around the central event, with LIBERATED ELECTRONS (7) and MISSING ELECTRONS (8) leaving the molecule.

  6. NOTATION: Figures 4-7 and 4-8 both carry "E_in (GAS/DET) = M_d C^2". Recorded as drawn. This is Meyer's shorthand for energy-yield per unit mass detonated; it is not a derivation and should not be presented as one.

  • 7. RETROFIT VARIANTS. Fig 4-11 I.C. Engine Retrofit (130) — WFC injector plug in the head; AMBIENT AIR INLET and EXHAUST GASES admitted DIRECTLY INTO THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER either side of the plug; pulse gate valve and water fuel inlet; ACCELERATION CONTROL; HIGH VOLTAGE PULSE TRAIN annotated DWELL FIRING TIME and SEQUENTIAL FIRING; PISTON DRIVE ASS'Y.
  • NOTE A GENUINE VARIANT — in Fig 4-11 air and exhaust enter the CHAMBER, whereas in Fig 4-1 they are mixed UPSTREAM of the injector in the fluid mixing chamber. Two arrangements of the same principle; do not treat either as canonical.
  • Fig 4-12 Furnace Retrofit (140) — rotating fan on strut supports, air inlet, WFC INJECTORS CLUSTER-ARRAY, thermal explosive energy producing SUPER HEATED AIR downstream, water fuel inlet via compressor pump.
