An “international news release” on the Water Fuel Cell
An “international news release” on the Water Fuel Cell (impressively detailed diagrams included) declares that the virtuously ecological possibility of running a car on water is ever closer. The leaflet, thrust into a colleague’s hand at an energy conference the other day, also includes a cross-reference directing the reader towards a biblical chapter (Job 38: 22-23).
“The Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind . . . ‘Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? Or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?’
Very scientific.
About this paragraph
Job 38:22–23 was on the Water Fuel Cell logo and the title pages of Meyer's books, and he sent audiences home to read it; what it meant to him is set out in Stan and the Bible. The "international news release" is probably one of the WFC press packs of 1992; the archive has not identified which conference it was handed out at.
