CONCLUSION: assembly (530) is the SAME object in both generations. Same assembly number, same component numbers, same construction. This is the strongest documented instance of Meyer carrying hardware forward across memo generations, and it proves the rename/carry-forward pattern on hardware rather than by inference. Gauge note: 4-27 specifies 30 GA. magnet wire for the primary, consistent with the 422 text "Primary Coil (26) (typically .030 Ga.)". (Recall the discriminator in #3365 applies to the RESONANT coils: .004 Ga or smaller in 422 DA vs .006 GA in 423 DA Fig 4-2 — the primary gauge is unchanged.)

CORRECTION TO NOTEBOOK #3369, ITEM 1. The sheet numbered 4-25 is titled "FIGURE 4-25: DELAY PULSE DRIVE CRK'T". It is injection timing, not emergency shutdown. Contents: two 556 dual-one-shot stages; left fed from Pulse Shift Drive Crk't (4-18) via tag S; right fed from R.P.M. Drive Crk't (4-18) via tag R, output tag P -> to Inject Crk't (4-9); 4049 inverters, .005/1M input differentiators, 22K/10K, .01-.47 uF and .05 timing. THEREFORE the "Emergency Shut-Down (4-25)" entry on the Fig 4-1 logic flow chart and the "TO SAFETY SHUT-DOWN CRK'T (4-25)" tag on Fig 4-21 are the ERRONEOUS references, not the 4-18 ones. Scotchn's transitional brief was correct to cite 4-25 for crank-angle sync; my earlier correction of that citation was wrong. FIRING ORDER (Fig 4-25 logic switch chart): WATER INJECT TRIGGER (START) -> PULSE DELAY ADJUST (OUT 1) -> (HI) VOLTAGE TRIGGER (OUT 2). Water is injected first; the high-voltage pulse follows after an adjustable one-shot delay.

SECTION NUMBERS COLLIDE TOO. Fig 4-26 "WATER LEVEL CONTROL" marks its probe block "WATER LEVEL PROBE SECTION (12)", and the Fig 4-1 flow chart lists the Water Level Meter Ass'y as SEC 12. But Fig 4-13 labels its switchover block "(VIC) SWITCHOVER CIRCUIT SECTION (12)". Section numbering is therefore not a reliable unique key either. Fig 4-26 detail: resistive ladder probe (1K top, then eight 100 ohm steps) FULL to EMPTY with water level coupling electrodes; H11D1 optocoupler; 1/4 A fuse on 12V; two LM124 stages; LM3914 dot/bar graph, LED 1-10, 1.2K/7.5K.
