The conference introduces Stan

[0:09] be more on schedule if we keep the questions out of it for the duration Stan Meyer has invented the water fuel cell technology using water as fuel that's been the talk of the town here at this conference then dr. Nakamatsu's things I've heard more conversations about those two things and everything else put together Stan Myers from Grove City Ohio he's got 24 major patents on the technology already he's got 18 more in process and He's got a very diverse background in research, product development, corporate entrepreneurship, and he's also, I guess, making up more copies of his book. And we're going to bring up now Leonard Holohan, who is going to give a more thorough introduction to Stan Meyer.

Leonard Holihan

[1:00] Well, I'm going to be very brief because I really want Stan to be able to have as much time as possible. I'm Leonard Holohan. I'm director of the Advanced Energy Research Institute from London, England. And we've been following Stan's work for a couple of years now and recently sent a scientific delegation over from Britain to review his work and i can tell you it's very genuine very exciting revolutionary and it's my pleasure to be able to introduce stan as a friend and as a scientist who's going to be doing some very important work and i think you're going to be quite excited about what you hear stan stan thank you thank you it's indeed a very uh indeed a great pleasure to be here I believe truth is a very powerful thing we need an answer to the energy problem and that's why I'm here today we all talk about we have the problems but can we solve the problems and I feel that The Lord has directed me over the years, in the 10 to 15 years, to provide this answer.

The publications

The first one is in reference to the birth of new technology, which covers the electrical polarization process, the hydrogen fracturing technology, tapping into the atomic yield of hydrogen very safely. I also have another publication we call the water fuel cell dealership sales manual it is an overview of the technology and a spin-off technology of the water fuel cell technology and it also covers our business format of how we intend to bring this technology out in the marketplace not only in the United States but into every other country of the world we also periodically release news releases on the technology and to cover the areas of particular design applications throughout the world. The news tape

[3:14] Lights. A car that runs on water instead of gasoline. Can it be true? Well, inventor Stanley Meyer made an announcement today in Colorado Springs. He says he's come up with a device that will hook up to any engine and allow it to run on good old H2O. News 13's Kurt Goff tonight on the possible impact of the water fuel cell. Stanley Meyer says the answer to dependence on foreign oil lies all around us. In seawater, tap water, and rainwater. Any kind of H2O, he says, can power just about every type of engine. How? With the water fuel cell. It fits in the palm of his hand, but it could revolutionize the world. You're talking about a pollution-free, totally new source of energy, the voltage disassociation of water. The fuel cell converts water into a gas. hydrogen oxygen, which is released in the form of thermo-explosive energy. The water fuel injector simply replaces the spark plug. We hook it to a hydrogen computer system which regulates and meters the flow going into the injector.

[4:16] It processes the water in such a way to release its thermo-explosive energy and does it on demand. For the past 10 years, Stanley's kept the water fuel cell a secret. The possibilities, he says, are endless. Freighting with the water fuel injector equals or supersedes the performance of the normal car. Okay, you want to set it up now? So when you're talking about Tesla's technology, we use an offshoot of Tesla's technology and utilize it in order to provide an answer to the energy problem. Go ahead.

Legalising it first

[4:45] Back in 1975, I knew that we must legalize the technology first before you bring it out. Many inventors do not... develop their technology to maturity, and as a result, they receive a technological blockage. It was absolutely imperative that this technology would not only be protected for the United States, but it would also be protected for every country in the world. Once the U.S. Patent Office realized what we had, it was a matter of saying to me, if you'll do what we ask you to do, once these patents are issued, they'll be so strong that nobody will be able to break them. President Reagan took the executive action to ensure this type of technology would not only be protected for the United States, but also for the entire world.

Switching off the covalent bond

[5:30] When I was addressing the problem of how to switch off the covalent bonding of the water molecule,

[5:37] we had to address the natural phenomena of how the unlike atoms join together to form that water molecule. And what actually happens in the law of physics, that for every action there's an equal opposite reaction, and once the hydrogen atom accepts the two negative charged electrons, then the hydrogen atom swings to a negative electrical charge.

[5:56] Since the hydrogen atoms are now sharing their negative charged electrons, then the positive charged proton swings the hydrogen atom to a positive electrical charge. and as a result of that you set up an electrical attraction force between q and q prime between the two unlike atoms the next scientific question was to ask is there an electromagnetic attraction force between the two unlike atoms the answer is no because the oxygen atoms electrons pair together and spin in opposite directions so therefore it was quite obvious in the scientific analysis that if we would overcome and attenuate the electrical attraction forces within the unlike atoms of the water molecule, we should be able to split the water molecule and do it in a very economical way. Go ahead.

[6:43] As a result, is that better? Okay, as a result, once you expose the water molecule to a high pulse voltage frequency and shut off the flow of amps 180 degrees out of phase from the electrolysis process, then under the law of physics and electronic circuits, opposite electrical attraction forces will take over. And as a result of that, the positive charge hydrogen atom now will be attracted to the negative charge voltage zone, whereas the negative charge oxygen atom is now being attracted to the positive voltage zone. Anyone in here ever hear the law of physics that opposite charges will do what? Attract, and like charges will? Repel. Go ahead.

[7:25] order to accomplish the task of releasing and unlocking and switching off the covalent bonding of the water molecule and do it economically the Lord didn't have me to develop what was called the voltage intensifier circuit natural water is a dielectric liquid because in the L orbit the eight electrons, once it is formed or accepted by the oxygen atom, then therefore does not like to exchange electrons. Therefore, natural water has a dielectric value of around 78.54. So whenever you put two voltage zones on the opposite side of a dielectric liquid, what do you have? A capacitor, is that not so? And whenever you put a coil in series to a capacitor, you're now setting up a resonant charging choke. So in this particular circuit, we are now tuning in to the dielectric properties of water, whereas voltage will go to infinity if the component will allow it to occur, and amp flow will now go down to a minimum once you tune in and hit the proper frequency of the water.

[8:26] Go ahead.

Voltage and amps

[8:28] As a result of that, we had found out some very interesting phenomenas over the prior state of the art, that as you raise voltage intentionally higher, then hydrogen gas starts to be produced at an exponential rate, not as a linear rate as to the prior state of the art. Go ahead.

[8:45] In electrical power, we all know that there's two parts to electrical power. There's amps, which is the flow of electrons, and that of voltage, an electronic circuit. And whenever you switch off the flow of amps... you now have remaining voltage with the static electric force and electronic circuit. We all know in physics that voltage does, in fact, perform work. That's a basic principle of the TV set monitor we're looking at, where the positive screen has the positive voltage, which now accelerates the negative charge electrons striking the screen and producing the light intensity. So therefore, we know also in physics like the cyclotron that they will cycle particles and use opposite electrical fields to accelerate the particles close to the speed of light and then allow those particles to hit the photographic plate, and that's how physicists study matter. So we know, in fact, that voltage does, in fact, perform work, but heretofore, no one ever dreamed of using the electrical force of voltage to perform a physical act of splitting apart the water molecule.

[9:43] Go ahead.

All forms of natural water, and the laser

[9:45] We found out the electrical polarization process occurs in all forms of natural water, even including the most purest form of distilled water. Go ahead.

[9:56] We are now trying to release even additional hydrogen gas from natural water, speed up its abilities, but yet reduce the system down to a very lightweight, cost-effective system. We're now interjecting laser energy in the process, which aids the electrical polarization process to release more hydrogen gas. Go ahead.

[10:17] We are now taking and raising the voltage intensity to an even higher level. And as we are injecting laser energy into the process, we are now causing the water to go into a gas ionization state, which simply means you're starting to pluck off the electrons, creating electrically charged particles that are now be attenuated by the exposure of the high pulse voltage frequency. And therefore, we are now starting to superimpose a physical impact onto the electrical polarization process, which even gives us even a very higher yield of hydrogen gas over the prior state of the art. Go ahead.

[10:52] These are some of the phenomenas and parameters of design that we had looked at. As you attenuate the pulse voltage in reference to pulse frequency, you now tune in to the dielectric properties of water, attenuate its electrical field, and as a result, you're now occurring resident action, which are producing a tremendous amount of hydrogen over the prior state of the art. Again, we are now in the second figure, 14. We are now exposing once the resonant action occurs. We allow the exaltation of the pulse frequency for about five seconds, shut it off, and hydrogen gas is being generated for 94 seconds. In other words, we're generating 19 times more gas on the power output stage than on the power input stage because the dielectric properties of water allows the electrically charged gas particles that are being liberated from water to allow the water then to go into an electrical charge state. Go ahead.

[11:47] Anywhere along that line then the resonant action will occur again. We also found out that if you would allow the pulse voltage frequency to remain the same as power input, The hydrogen gas will increase in the geometrical rate up until the point that you would reach the maximum flow rate going into the resonant cavity. So this brought on a fifth form of control, satisfying NASA's second major requirement to be able to use hydrogen as a fuel source. Go ahead.

[12:17] As we attenuate the pulse voltage frequency and attenuate the laser energy going into the process, we're now maximizing the amount of gas fuel coming out. Go ahead.

What the technology has to reach

[12:29] We were doing our studies, and as we were restricting amps to allow voltage to take over, there was a great deal of phenomena that were occurring and allowing us to use the water as the fuel source. We went from a random state, since the unlike atoms take on opposite electrical charges, we take it to the polarization state, Then we take it to the molecular elongation state. This is where the opposite electrical attraction force is pulling the molecules, unlike atoms, of the molecules apart. It's elongating the water molecule. It's changing the timeshare rate of the electron and therefore separating the unlike atoms into its gases. We're now through the resin action going into the liquid to gas ionization state, but we're also going down now to the atomic destabilization of the water molecule. When the Lord was having me to develop this technology since the Arab embargo, I had to develop the technology in a way that it could be moved in a bilateral movement throughout the entire economy of the United States.

[13:25] In other words, what good would it be to provide a home heating system if farmers could not have energy to grow the crops? If you had no energy to be able to harvest the crops, I was pulled in in a... a meeting in Columbus, Ohio, where they informed the industrial leaders of the state of Ohio that our gas was going to be cut off 100%. So we needed a way to get in to provide energy for industry. But you know, during the Arab embargo, there were many things that were occurring that the American, the U.S. was not... prepared for. As an example, at that particular time, we had only two and a half days of aviation fuel to fight a global war. If Russia probably would have known this, they may have attacked the United States. At the same time, since we had no diesel fuel, our nuclear, our submarine task force, all the diesel-fired submarines had to dock, and therefore they relied on the nuclear submarines, and 60% of our nuclear subs became inoperable during that period of time.

[14:23] So we had to develop the technology that we could not only to apply it into the economy, but also protect the military integrity of the United States. So we went into the atomic destabilization. Go ahead.

Two and a half times more energy

[14:36] Now after we started releasing the hydrogen from water, Water will release energy two and a half times more powerful than gasoline. Many people are not aware of that when you run your car on gasoline and diesel fuel, you're actually running on a hydrogen. As we know, water has two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen, right? And it will release on a national period of standard energy two and a half times more powerful than gasoline. Notice the relationship. It's not two and a half times that fingernail polish. It's two and a half times that of gasoline. It's a very powerful fuel. But they have to go through now the development of rendering hydrogen safer than that of natural gas, so we had to develop all the technology in the blue zone. Whoever comes up with a hydrogen generator system will have to go through the blue zone to render hydrogen as safer than natural gas. Go ahead.

[15:27] The first thing we looked at was the characteristic of water. The fuel cell technology not only releases the hydrogen and oxygen gases, but it also releases ambient air that's dissolved in water. And we found out that ambient air dissolved in water is around 17 to 19 percent per volume worldwide. The bulk of ambient air, as we all know, is composed of non-combustible gases or gases that will not support the burning process. And so, therefore, the water fuel cell is a gas-missing regulator. It's a multi-gas generator and automatically adjusts the hydrogen burn rate from around 325 centimeters a second right down to around 47 centimeters a second, which gives us the ability to now harness water as an energy source. Go ahead.

The flame and its temperature

[16:12] This is an example of sustaining and maintaining a flame, a hydrogen flame, at a burn rate around 47 centimeters a second, the first time in history. During World War II, they had problems of trying to use hydrogen as a cutting torch because hydrogen moved three times faster than the air than other gases, and as a result, their working area was extremely small. But yet we can project the hydrogen flame anywhere from six to seven to nine inches high. Go ahead.

[16:39] The flame temperature out of the water, natural water, you'll see on the videotape, which is over 5,000 degrees, take an ordinary natural water and melt and steel with it. We not only had to develop the ability to sustain and maintain the flame regardless of the rate of the generator, but we now had to develop the ability to prevent it from spark back into the system, so therefore we had now developed what was called the quenching circuit technology. Go ahead. You see, it had to take a multiplicity of many patents in order to integrate it together to come up with a universal energy system. When I started back in 19... during the Arab embargo, I could not go to the existing textbooks to get the answers. That's why we have received all the patents. We found out that since the water is being released, the multi-gases coming off the water through the electrical polarization process, we found out if we would take those gases and pass them through a small passageway, somewhere along the line, the non-combustible gases now separates the hydrogen and oxygen atom and therefore quenches or prevents

[17:39] spark back into the system you see in a lot of physics the oxygen hydrogen atom must combine together in order to bring on gas ignition therefore we found out a cell fell safe way prevent an anti spark back into the fuel cell regardless of gas volume or gas pressure or a combination of both go ahead this is an example of a quenching circuit technology the small holes of the quenching circuit are The aluminum material or ceramic material was used to prevent the quenching circuit holes to elongate, and as a result, the key of that, we have now come up with a fail-safe way of harnessing water as fuel. Go ahead.

[18:17] We have taken that technology and produced the quenching tube by which we now can transmit the fuel gases to any length you so desire. You can shoot a tracer bullet through it, try to ignite it or burn it, and it will not ignite the gases back into the generator. Go ahead.

Making hydrogen safe to retrofit

[18:35] Now we have come to the ability that once we have solved the abilities of rendering hydrogen safe, the number one technology was now to learn how to adjust the hydrogen burn rate to co-equal that of the fossil fuels. The way that we have done this is that if we had a spark tube, as you see here, if I fill it up with hydrogen and ambient air gases and ignite it at one end, it would burn around 325 centimeters a second. If I would fill it up with natural gas and ambient air, it burns around 42 centimeters a second, the red zone. So it was very obvious that with the non-combustible gases, we simply diluted the hydrogen down to that to co-equal that of natural gas. Go ahead. As a result of that technology, we've now been able to harness and adjust the hydrogen burn rate to co-equal that of gasoline, natural gas, propane, diesel fuel, or be able to adjust it to down to burning the leaves or in papers.

[19:27] This was the number one paramount development in order to allow the hydrogen to be retrofitted to any energy consuming device regardless of its size or nature. Now, when we were developing the technology, we had to develop it under the law of economics. that the guy who comes up with the cheapest way is going to win out. There are a lot of Cadillac ideas that come into existence, but they do not comply to the law of economics, and as a result, they do not get out in the marketplace. So far, the tech base now has led us that we're using ordinary natural water. Now, how much does it cost us for natural water? Anybody know?

[20:02] Three, right? Secondly, the only thing we're using is voltage and switching off the amp flows, so we're now using a very small amount of electrical power, are we not? The voltage zones that are set up for stainless steel 304 material that are actually under lab certification testing, the longevity is .0001 per year. Basically, the water fuel cell is just as good as the days you fired up to 20 years. If any of you guys live 10,000 years, you come back and see me. I want to know the answer to your longevity. So therefore, we now have a component where we do not have to replace the components. The electrolysis process basically was a self-destructive unit, and as it may last for maybe five or ten minutes, if a brilliant engineer could get a car to run down on water, its longevity was roughly about ten minutes. If you notice in the prior art patents, they had very massive electrodes which decomposed in the process.

[21:03] Go ahead.

[21:05] Now we're developing a very high-temperature flame that you see on the videotape, but if you will take this type of technology and put it into your kitchen, your wives may get very upset by burning holes in your pots and pans. So we had to have the ability to adjust the temperature down to 200 or 300 degrees or adjust it from 300 to 200 or down to even 50 degrees. So we've learned that we can take the non-combustible gases that's passing through the flame, it's being exposed to the ambient air, recycle it back into the flame or recycle it back into the generator, regulate the flow rate in, and as a result, we now can adjust the hydrogen plane to that of any level that you so desire. This gave us now the abilities to retrofit this type of technology to every existing energy consuming device. Go ahead.

[21:50] Another example of testing in the prior art that said the only way that you could transport hydrogen down the road is that you had to cool it down around 465 degrees, you had to pressurize it, and you had to truck it down the road. With this type of technology the only thing we had to do is expose ambient air to a flame To produce the non-combustible gas and simply meter mix it with the hydrogen and then through the dilution ratio, now adjust the hydrogen burn rate that when it's exposed to the ambient air during gas ignition, it would burn equal to or less than that of natural gas. So we now have abilities to take hydrogen and transmit it to the gas systems in the United States, and we don't have to change any of its hardware. That's a billion-dollar patent in its own right. Go ahead.

The dune buggy, and the engine as an air pump

[22:35] How do we run an internal combustion engine? You're going to see a dune buggy running on water. As an engineer, you look at the internal combustion engine in three ways. Number one, is it a mechanical drive device to get us here today?

[22:49] Secondly, is it not an air pump? Does it pump the air in through the carburetor and shuts it out the exhaust? Thirdly, is it not a manufacturer of non-combustible gases? Yes, the ambient air gases and the burnable gases going in through the gas combustion process eliminates the oxygen atom as well as any burnable product within the ambient air and as a result we have non-combustible gases coming out the exhaust or gases that do not support the burning process. So it was very obvious that all we had to do is meter mix it with the water fuel cell and we now can adjust the hydrogen burn rate to co-equal that of gasoline and natural fuel. Now under the law of economics means I don't even have to change the existing spark plug or exchange or change any of the design parameters of the internal combustion engine since it was specifically designed to run off of ambient air. So we've developed the system under the KISS method.

[23:42] Anybody know what it means? keep it simple stupid many times I had to ask myself in the development and evolved at this technology keep it simple to apply with the law of economics otherwise we have no way to bring it into the economy and do it very quickly You know, a lot of people are not aware of that Kuwait owns and controls most of the processing of the plants that produces aviation fuel. And it's predicted that within the next six to eight months, that supply of aviation fuel may drop as much as 20%, which will start triggering a dominoes effect throughout the entire world. We must move in a bilateral movement to bring in an energy source capable of sustaining and maintaining not only our economy, but sustain and maintain the economy of the world. Go ahead.

The atomic yield

[24:29] Now we're going into the atomic yield. Einstein said that if we could tap into the atomic yield of water, we would now be able to take a thousand car train around the earth many, many times. And as I contemplated this in order to protect the military integrity of the country, the Lord showed me a simple process that we call the hydrogen fracturing technology. Go ahead. And under the hydrogen fracturing technology, we start to destabilize the combustible gas atoms, and we bring it to a very high energy state by injecting additional laser energy into it and popping the electrons from the opposite electrical voltage field. Therefore, we are decreasing the mass size of combustible atoms as we're bringing it into a high energy state. Go ahead.

[25:10] To do this, we now develop what's called the electron extraction circuit, which not only has the abilities to perform the hydrogen fracturing process directly from the electrical polarization process, but it also has the abilities to pull off the electrons from the resonant cavity. And as we pull the electrons off and we interact with a light bulb, as an example, or interact with a filament light bulb, where the electrons are interacting to produce heat energy in the form of light energy, we are now producing as a byproduct of the process of electricity. So we solved the second problem to not only utilize the energy that's already stored in water through hydrogen, but in the process or a byproduct, we are now producing electrical energy. So electrical energy, of course, is developed whenever you move an electron down electroconductive wires. Is that not so? So therefore, the byproduct is producing electrical energy.

[26:01] Go ahead.

Destabilising the gas

[26:03] In order to destabilize it further, this slide denotes how we're taking the laser energy into the process that caused the electrons to now come out of the orbit. We're using the high pulse frequency to capture the electron and then to consume the electrons to bring the combustible gas and ions into a very high critical state. Go ahead.

[26:23] This gives an example now that we are now setting up the condition and igniting it by voltage. Go ahead.

[26:32] Now, once the hydrogen and oxygen gases have been destabilized, we now ignite the gases. And as the unlike atoms come together to form the water molecule, we have set a condition now to prevent the formation of the water molecule from forming. And since the water molecule can no longer form, an avalanche effect occurs and continues to release the energy until one or two conditions occurs, either that a new atom structure is formed or an implosion effect occurs and releases pure energy, the latter of which we release the energy. the process now is the answer to cold room fusion and reference to duplicating or the muon process of plucking out the electrons the energy yield from this process is up to and beyond 2.5 million barrels of oil per gallon of water and do it safely so it's a tremendous energy source go ahead now how do we retrofit this to an existing car and do it economically We simply take the technology.

Retrofitting a car in thirty minutes

[27:32] We can retrofit it to your car in less than 30 minutes. Basically, we take your gas tank. We drain it out of gasoline, flush it out, fill it up with ordinary natural water. We now take the...

[27:45] constant displacement pump that takes the water is now allowing the ambient air gases to go through what we call the gas processor, which is ionizing the ambient air gases. We're now feeding back the exhaust gases to retard the process, and as a result, we're now allowing the water fuel mix to be metered to what we call the WFC injector plugs. Go ahead.

[28:08] This gives you another example of the systems approach in order to accomplish the task. Basically, we're in the system engineering stage now, or actually in the latter stages. We're now taking it and debugging the remaining part of the development of the system, and hopefully we can take it into mass production within the next six to eight, possibly 12 months. Go ahead.

[28:29] This is an example of the water fuel cell injector process. We're taking the water supply, we're taking the ionized gases, the non-combustible gases, we're meter mixing them together to come up with a mixture which now is being exposed to a high voltage field. The coils, the resonant charging chokes are preventing the amp flow to go into the system. therefore the high voltage now is not only performing the electrical polarization processes it now releases the unlike atoms from the water which now allows those unliberated gases to go into an ionized state and as it goes up in the higher voltage potential the voltage now the applied voltage is now triggering the process so we're controlling the process so the water now runs up to the water fuel cell injector and the injector now causes triggers the process which releases thermal explosive energy so because the process occurs inside the water fuel injector then we have eliminated the hydrogen embrittlement problem that was associated in the prior state-of-the-art the only thing that's going in the engine is the thermal explosive energy go ahead

[29:34] This gives you a classical example of what takes place. There are many processes, three to four processes, that are actually occurring simultaneously. The electrons are now leaving the liberated atoms of the water molecule. They're now being absorbed by the ionized gases. The non-combustible gases are retarding and controlling the process. Go ahead.

[29:54] This gives... Go ahead.

Blast furnace and home heating

[29:56] This now gives us a phenomenal ability that we can move anywhere in the economy very quickly and use water as an ordinary fuel source. This shows where the fuel injector is hooked up to an internal combustion engine as you have seen in the earlier videotape. Go ahead.

[30:12] Exact same technology now can be applied to a blast furnace as well as a home heating system by simply taking the ejectors and putting them in a cascade or a cluster array configuration and use an ordinary fan to blow the superheated air into the heating systems. This technology gives us the ability even to go into the blast furnaces and to provide the energy for the steel mills. Go ahead.

[30:37] We are now in the process of hooking up the technology not only to finalize the dune buggy. We are in the process of now retrofitting the technology to a jet commander. It's a nine-seat jet aircraft. slightly larger than a layer jet. We are now in the process of doing this. We're also hooking it up to an Alaskan Bushmaster to break the aviation records in five areas. With the jet commander, because of tremendous energy yield, we plan not only to go nonstop around the equator, but also turn the craft 90 degrees and go from north to south full in the process to show to the world that, in fact, we do have an answer to the energy problem. Go ahead. I have, in the meantime, have received some of the fastest patents in the United States history on energy. The people, the political people, realize, in fact, that we need an answer to the energy problem, and I've been receiving top priority in the patent offices around the world.

The injector array

[31:30] This shows where we're taking the water fuel cell injector now as a cluster array and use it as an ordinary rocket engine. So the Lord has blessed me greatly in being able to now harness water as an ordinary fuel source. Can we go to the second videotape now?

[38:38] Action 6 News at 6. A car powered by water? A growth city man has invented it, and even the Pentagon is interested. WTVN-TV, Channel 6, Columbus. This is Action 6 News. A 6 o'clock report with Tom Ryan and Gail Hogan substituting for Michelle Gillian. Larry Cosgrove with the weather and Steve Minnich sports.

[39:03] Let's get back on land to top our news here at 6 o'clock. An age-old dream becoming a reality. A local inventor has discovered a way, hear this, to use water to run your car. It's a major breakthrough that will no doubt make motorists happy. And as Ralph Robinson explains, the Pentagon is also showing lots of interest in this project. Water has always been considered a precious commodity, but Stan Meyer's invention may make it even more valuable. He has developed what's called a water fuel cell. It has taken the place of his old gas tank. The water fuel cell breaks down water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen. The hydrogen is used to run his dune buggy. I don't care if you use rainwater, well water, city water, ocean water. If you don't have any fresh water, go ahead and use snow. If you don't have any snow available to you, then use salt water because there's no adverse effect to the fuel cell. Myers started working on this project four years ago.

[39:53] He's not a scientist. He isn't even a chemist. In fact, he never graduated from college. Myers was determined, he says, to design something to protect this country from oil embargoes. We have calculated. that if we take the dune buggy from Los Angeles to New York, we would roughly use 22 gallons of water. The Pentagon flew a lieutenant colonel in last week to look at Myers' invention. There's talk of possibly using it in the Star Wars defense program and to run army tanks. Myers is currently perfecting a water fuel cell for cars. It will cost about $1,500. He says it won't need any maintenance, and you won't have to replace it. It'll be at least two years before the fuel system goes into mass production. The date happens will be one the fuel industry hates. but it'll put a smile on the face of those who've had to say at one time or another, fill her up. I'm Ralph Robbins. Any questions?

[41:04] As I had pointed out a little earlier, that we are in the final stages of pre-engineering of the system to take it into mass production. So, Lord willing, I have no way of predicting with the future. But in normal events, we should have units out the door within six to eight months. Under a national emergency, if it does occur, it's possible we could have units out the door within several weeks. Jeff.

[41:28] well it's not clear to me how you can obtain energy without violating the energy conservation in nature well not the yeah go ahead because the hydrogen is bonded to oxygen with bonding energy in the molecule of water once you split it you have to bring that energy and then you go back and use it as an energy source you get the same energy back In other words, you get what you probably get to pay even more to obtain the same energy. Unless I missed something in your presentation that you... Yeah, number one, the fuel cell technology does not create any form of energy. The only thing we're doing is utilizing the energy that's already stored in hydrogen and water in the form of hydrogen. All we've done is been able to... We know in the law of physics there are four forces that affect the atoms... The electrical force, electromagnetic force, weak and strong nuclear force. So what we have done is been able to attenuate the electrical fields to overcome the electrical attraction force and therefore pull apart the water molecule in a physical manner.

[42:40] And as a result of this, you can attenuate the voltage field and now to bring on the attenuation or control the production of the gas. That was the second major requirement of NASA in order to use hydrogen as a fuel source. Next. Any others? Yes. Yes.

[42:58] I'm sorry, I'm having difficulty hearing you. Okay, we have developed what's called a steam resonator that since the unlike atoms take on opposite electrical charges, then we have learned that by simply switching an alternate, the voltage zones...

[43:20] Someone's calling.

[43:23] We have learned that by attenuating the electrical fields to cause the water molecules to now agitate back and forth, and it will superheat the water by using the electrical fields.

[43:40] basically the oil in the engine remains the same but if we have additional problems then we worked out the technology many years ago that if you would impregnate the cylinder walls with Teflon and even impregnate the bearings you can actually run the engine without any oil whatsoever so that type of technology is already in existence anybody know about slick 50 okay next question Yes. Does your dune buggy have a battery present on board to supply electric power? Yes, all we do is connect it to the conventional electrical system that's already on the dune buggy. You see, when you switch off the flow of amps and you go to voltage attenuation, voltage is a tremendous electrical attraction force with an electronic circuit. So we're using the water as a component part of the electronic circuit. And as a result of that, we now shut off the flow of amps and allow the opposite electrical voltage fields to perform the work to split the water molecule.

[44:34] So it's not a requirement that we use a tremendous amount of energy in the input to release it.

[44:40] As we mentioned before, the fuel cell does not create the energy. The only thing it's doing is releasing that energy. Now what we're doing is taking the released atoms, the hydrogen, oxygen, and amine air gases that's coming from the water, and we're now processing it to even a more advanced state by taking it into a subcritical state. And as a result of that, we now can release a tremendous amount of energy. Under the equation Einstein's equation, energy equals mass times the square light, that whenever you decrease the mass of a combustible atom, you can release a tremendous amount of energy. That is the basic principle of a thermonuclear device. But we've done this on a control state by which we now can release that energy and do it safely. Next. This gentleman way back in the glasses.

[45:28] Well, if I had a warehouse full of them, I'd probably sell 40 million today and 80 million tomorrow. Hopefully it will become within less than a year that this will take place. Yes? I just have to say this. Do you realize that the towers can't possibly allow you to survive? Well, as you have given my testimony, many people ask me why I'm still alive. And I am writing a book on this called With the Lord There Is Purpose. And I've learned about the power of angels, and the angels have protected me. I've gone to many of the countries of the world. I've been negotiating with many of the leaders of the world in order to bring the technology, even in their countries, even in Japan. And unfortunately, there are those who seek not to allow this type of technology to come out. So the reason why I'm here today is to relate that this technology is here.

[46:14] But in the final analysis, we can do the work, develop it, and show you that we have a viable answer to the energy problem that I can just pull out of my pocket called a water fuel cell injector. But the basic and the real problem is going to come down to you and I. and it's going to be determined by you whether or not you want your economies to stabilize we are living in a very false security and whether you know it or not as i mentioned earlier that the supply of oil throughout the entire world is diminishing at a fantastic alarming rate china has opened the doors to western technology 25 percent of the population of the world wants the same goods and services that you and I have been enjoying for well over 200 years. The hourglass effect on the nuclear power plants is now causing France tremendous problems of not being able to supply energy. England had almost two near-nuclear accidents within the last two years that, if they would have occurred, it had to evacuate all of England.

[47:08] Helsinki had another nuclear mishap very shortly. The Chernobyl affair, we talked about that the meltdown is still occurring in the fields, and what they don't tell you is that the contamination went in the atmosphere and went over the northern part of Sweden and Norway, and they had to kill an awful lot of their reindeer and animals, but they don't tell you that the nuclear meltdown is still occurring and is contaminating the water tables. And all that water table is now going into the Mediterranean and going into the Black Sea. And the millions and millions of people that now will use that water to wash their clothes and process their food will die of cancer or being exposed to high radiation. So just as... Job 38, verse 22 and 23 said, the technology will come out of a time of great trouble. Now, let's take one example. Sedan has access to the viral germ through genetic restructuring that it breeds on bacteria, air, and it can even breed on oil.

[48:05] One thimbleful size could contaminate all the oil in the Mideast. If all the countries would then, therefore, have to stop the flow of oil to all of their countries. The entire industrial base of the world is based on the supply and the utilization of energy. If that would occur, I will tell you, within 180 to 240 days thereafter, 1.5 billion people will be facing starvation. You know, during the Arab embargo, when it hit us, I started asking questions to like Cardinal Food Industries and others, gentlemen, how long do we have before the food supply chain in the United States will be disrupted? They said, Stan, within 27 days. The world supply is less than that. And therefore, we will be faced with a tremendous catastrophic event if an alternative energy source cannot get into the economies of the world. So I've been based and working on the technology, on the power and authority of the word of God, since that premise, in order to bring this type of technology forward.

[48:57] So whether it's water fuel cell or any other form of technology, give these men a hand and come up and say, I have a way that perhaps we can solve the energy problem, inherently also solve the environmental pollution problem. It's going to be you that's going to determine whether we're going to survive or not. Not Stan Myers. So I've been working on this premise since 1975. Thank you.
