Meyer Stanley Meyer to Philippe Vandemoortele, 23 October 1997 The cover sheet of a nine-page urgent fax to the Belgian investor Philippe Vandemoortele, asking for US$21,000 at once to start core samples and land acquisition for the WFC Development Center, with a Grove City council date of 11 November 1997 and construction proposed for April 1998. Five months before Meyer died. Read the letter
